Independent sourcing partner for modular and steel buildings. Alternative quotations are compared. Adapteo products are not offered.

Independent alternative sourcing

Adapteo Alternatives Across Four Offsite Methods

ArcBridge Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. A search for adapteo can open a project, and this desk turns that search into a building brief that other factories can price. The desk does not claim authorized dealer status, and it does not offer adapteo buildings.

Compare delivery format before comparing price. Volumetric modules, panelized kits, foldable units, and pre-engineered steel systems move through different transport envelopes and site sequences. Write the use, module dimensions, design loads, jurisdiction, quantity, and destination before anyone counts a unit price as a project total.

VolumetricMore finish work can travel with the module. Crane lift plan and road limits decide whether that finish is usable on site.
PanelizedWall, floor, and roof panels can pack tighter. Site assembly and weather exposure stay in the buyer scope until the quote says otherwise.
FoldableTransport width and the opened footprint are different numbers. Ask for both states, the connection sequence, and the foundation interface.
Steel SystemsA rigid frame needs eave height, bay spacing, clear span, wind speed, ground snow load, and the seismic design category before a mill order is meaningful.

What the brief has to carry

These checks sit in front of factory outreach. They are buyer inputs, not a claim that a plant, a certificate, or a code approval already exists.

01

Use and occupancy

Site office, classroom, camp room, or equipment enclosure changes egress, insulation, and the fire-resistance rating a supplier must discuss.

02

Primary frame and secondary framing

Ask whether the quote uses hot-rolled steel, cold-formed steel, and which purlin and girt spacing is assumed. A frame sketch without member sizes is not a comparable offer.

03

Design loads

Record design live load, design dead load, wind exposure category, and any collateral load from ceilings or mechanical units. Missing loads make two prices describe different buildings.

04

Envelope

Insulated metal panel, windows, and doors belong on the scope line. Thermal transmittance is a project target, not a slogan. Ask which assembly the number describes.

05

Logistics

Quantity, destination ZIP code, crane access, and partial shipment rules change freight. Keep freight, tax, and installation as separate lines from the product price.

06

Documents

Request drawings, calculations, weld references such as AWS D1.1 when steel is welded, and the warranty text for the quoted system. A general badge does not travel with the shipment.

Inquiry families for modular and portable buildings

These cards are ways to start a brief. They are not stock, not a compatibility certificate, and not adapteo products. Open a card to place the name into the procurement form, then add dimensions yourself.

Volumetric Modular Building

Use this path when rooms can ship largely complete. State the closed transport envelope, the set position, and who sets the module on the foundation interface.

Portable Project Office

Record headcount, planned months on site, electrical rough-in, and whether stairs or a skirt are inside the quote.

Relocatable Classroom Module

Separate a temporary classroom from a permanent school addition. Name the authority having jurisdiction and the accessibility route you need priced.

Review the building options grid before you send the procurement requirement.

Project uses the brief should name

SO

Site offices

Short occupancy, stacked or single story, and a clear path for later relocation.

CL

Classrooms

Exit width, restroom scope, and whether the unit is temporary or meant to stay.

WC

Workforce camps

Sleeping count, wet areas, and the camp infrastructure the supplier will not build.

EN

Enclosures

Door size, clear height, and any crane or equipment load inside the footprint.

3Document groups: geometry, load criteria, materials and joints

Send the constraints that make quotations comparable

ArcBridge Sourcing will ask factories to price the written scope. Optional budget and supplier preference can travel with the form. Neither one is a promised result, and neither one replaces the specification.
