Independent sourcing partner for modular and steel buildings. Alternative quotations are compared. Adapteo products are not offered.

ArcBridge Sourcing Coordinates the Brief

The desk is an independent sourcing partner for buyers who started with a brand search and now need alternative buildings priced on one scope. It does not claim authorized dealer status. It does not own a fabrication line, and it does not publish a founding year, a plant capacity, or a client count, because those facts are not established for this service.

Stages of a brief, not a company history

The markers below are the order of work on one inquiry. They are not calendar years and they are not milestones of a factory.

01

Intake

The buyer names the building use, the footprint, and the destination. A reference to adapteo can stay in the notes as the search that started the project. The purchased product, if any, will be an alternative a supplier quotes.

02

Scope split

Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey responsibilities are written as separate lines. Transport, foundation interface, and utilities are assigned to a party before numbers are requested.

03

Supplier questions

The desk sends the same question list to factories that build comparable systems. Answers must name the system, the members, and the exclusions. A brochure photo is not accepted as the answer.

04

Buyer decision

Normalized quotations go back to the buyer. Code acceptance, contracting, and payment stay with the buyer and the suppliers. ArcBridge Sourcing does not sign the building as engineer of record.

What the desk will and will not do

Write the comparison basis

Turn scattered notes into one list covering primary frame, envelope, quantity, and destination so factories are not guessing.

Ask for documents

Request drawings, calculations, coating data, and warranty language for the quoted system. The desk does not issue those documents itself.

Keep preferences labeled

A high-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided preference is stored as the buyer choice. It is not a grade assigned after an audit.

Flag mismatched totals

When one offer includes installation and another stops at the shell, the desk marks the gap instead of averaging the prices.

Leave code with the jurisdiction

IBC, IRC, local modular programs, and HUD Code are named only as items to verify. The desk does not stamp a set of drawings.

Stop at the evidence

If a supplier will not name the plant, the steel grade, or the exclusion list, that offer stays incomplete. Silence is not treated as compliance.

A worked situation, not a customer story: a school district needs two relocatable rooms, 24 ft by 60 ft, module height about 10 ft, wind 115 mph, exposure C, ground snow load 20 psf, seismic design category C, quantity 2, destination given as a ZIP code. The desk asks one factory for a volumetric module and another for a panelized kit. The volumetric answer includes more finish and a crane lift plan. The panelized answer packs tighter and leaves joint sealing and the fire-resistance rating to site work. Both are asked to split shell, installed, and turnkey. The district keeps the installed line because the shell line omitted the foundation interface. No savings percentage is claimed, and no brand product is offered.

Volumetric construction finishes more off site and then depends on road width. Panelized construction ships more floor area per truck and then depends on site joints. A published module can be the shorter comparison when the pad accepts it. A custom clear span is the shorter comparison when a crane or an unusual eave height will not fit that module. Purlin and girt spacing, design live load, and thermal transmittance stay on the supplier sheet for the system being quoted.

Start with the six inputs

Use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, and destination are enough to open factory questions. Optional budget can follow in the same form, labeled per unit or whole order.
