ArcBridge Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the ArcBridge Sourcing website and the procurement form. They do not create a construction contract, a design engagement, or a supply agreement for a building.
Role of the desk
ArcBridge Sourcing helps a business buyer describe a modular, portable, or steel building and request quotations from factories for alternative systems. The desk is independent and does not claim authorized dealer status for any searched brand. Sending a brief does not reserve production capacity and does not mean a named brand product will be supplied.
Quotations, lead times, and technical statements come from the suppliers who answer. The buyer checks those statements against the project jurisdiction, the site, and the contract the buyer intends to sign. ArcBridge Sourcing does not act as engineer of record, permit holder, or installer.
What you submit
You agree that the specification, quantity, destination, and delivery timing you enter are the basis for questions the desk may forward. Optional budget and supplier preference are buyer choices. They are not a price offer and they are not a verified ranking of factories. Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to share, and do not use the form as a file-transfer tool.
Comparisons
A comparison is only as good as the shared scope. Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey totals are different commercial objects. Compare two totals on the same basis only after their exclusion lists match. Design loads, module dimensions, and transport limits that you omit can make an answer inapplicable. You remain responsible for confirming wind, snow, seismic criteria, and the applicable building code with qualified professionals.
Site content
Method descriptions on this website are procurement checklists. They are not product warranties, test reports, or code approvals. Inquiry cards are options for starting a brief. They are not inventory. Benefit language about FREE sourcing support and an eligible amount of up to 3% is qualified in the page banner and is not a guaranteed result.
Liability limit
To the extent the law allows, ArcBridge Sourcing is not liable for a supplier error, a permit refusal, a freight delay, or a building that does not fit a site condition you did not disclose. Nothing on the site is a promise of fitness for a particular pad. If a clause here is unenforceable, the remaining clauses still apply.
Changes
The desk may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the form after the posting means you accept the revised terms for new submissions. Earlier briefs stay under the terms that applied when you sent them.
