ArcBridge Sourcing Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ArcBridge Sourcing handles information a business buyer submits while asking for alternative building quotations. It is not a promise that a factory will keep the same limits after the brief is forwarded.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, work email, optional phone number, company name, and procurement requirement. Product interest, target budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and supplier preference are included with your requirement when you provide them.

Why it is used

The desk uses the information to understand the building use, quantity, destination, and timing, and to ask factories for quotations on that description. Work email and phone are used to reply. The desk does not sell the brief as a marketing list. A supplier that receives a forwarded question may process it under that supplier own rules.

What is not collected on purpose

The form has no upload control. Do not place payment card numbers or government identity numbers in the requirement box. The site does not ask for an account password. Browser storage used by the sourcing-benefit notice remembers only when that notice was first shown and whether you closed the strip during the session. That storage is not your building specification.

Retention and access

Briefs are kept long enough to complete the quotation questions and the related correspondence. You may ask the desk, using the same work email, what was submitted and whether a correction should be sent to suppliers already contacted. Some records may remain where a message has already been delivered.

Cookies and the benefit notice

The benefit strip and dialog use local storage for the first display time and session storage if you dismiss the strip. They are not used to build an advertising profile. Closing the strip does not delete the first display time and does not restart the display window.
