Contact ArcBridge Sourcing with the Building Brief

Send your building use, dimensions, quantity, destination, and requested timing through the procurement form. Include a work email for follow-up questions and any known project constraints. ArcBridge Sourcing coordinates alternative quotations as an independent sourcing service.

How a message is handled

Channel

Use the procurement form to describe your project. List available drawings and document requirements; arrangements to share those files can follow during the discussion.

Reply path

Provide the work email you want used for quotation questions. Phone is optional. Include the buyer company and the person responsible for confirming the project scope.

Questions to resolve

Mark missing loads, an undecided delivery scope, or an unconfirmed destination clearly. These remain open questions until the relevant buyer, supplier, or project professional confirms them.

Scope to write before you type

State the building use, the footprint, the clear height, and whether you need a shell, an installed package, or a turnkey scope. Add quantity and destination even if the timing is still a window. If wind speed, ground snow load, or the seismic design category is known, include it. If it is not known, say so, so the supplier must show its assumption.

Illustrative input format, not design criteria: quantity 2 classroom modules, each 24 ft by 60 ft with a requested height of 10 ft, plus the project ZIP code. Enter engineer-confirmed wind speed in mph with its design basis, ground snow load in psf, and seismic design category; leave these unconfirmed when unknown. Name the wall assembly when stating an R-value or U-value. Separate shell and installed scope, including the foundation interface. Volumetric delivery needs the transport envelope; a panelized quote needs the laydown area.

A search term such as adapteo can sit in the notes as context. The product you want quoted is the alternative format: volumetric, panelized, foldable, or a steel system. Transport limits belong here too, because they remove methods before price is discussed.

Documents to name, not to upload

List the drawings, calculations, coating data, and warranty language you expect for the quoted system. Mention AWS D1.1 only if welded steel is in play, and ask the supplier to confirm the reference. Mention IBC or IRC only as the regime you think applies. The authority having jurisdiction still decides.

Optional budget is a range in a currency, marked per unit or whole order. Supplier preference is high-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided. Both are buyer choices. Neither one is a verified rank, and you do not need an existing quotation to send them.

Send the requirement

Describe the requirement in your own words. Optional budget and supplier preference help define the cost, finish, customization, and coordination level you want compared. You can submit a brief before receiving any quotation.

Enter the buyer contact name.
Enter a work email for the quotation follow-up.
Enter the buying company.
Describe the specification, quantity, destination, and delivery timing.

The desk reviews the brief and asks factories for quotations on that written scope. Stock, price, code approval, and delivery stay unconfirmed until a named supplier answers the exact system. Read the Privacy Policy.
